Marriage Bans
Know all me by thise presents, that we Daniel Turpin and Albert H Myers are held and firmly bound unto the commonwealth of Kentucky in the just and full sum of fifty pounds current money of Kentucky for the payment of which well and truly to be made are bind ourselves our heirs to jointly and generally firmy by these presents, sealed with our seal and dated this 22 nd day of February 1834 the condition of the above obligation is such that whereas in the above bound Danel Turpin and Sarah Cawway of this county - Now if there should be no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage then the above obligation to be void else to remian in full force and virtue.
