Note: He the only Tinsley in the 1850 census. The only Tinsley Eads of any spelling in the state of Indiana in 1850. Wife name was Nancy on Pension. Ann was Nancy Ann (CURRIE) Eades. I know that the Tinsley Eades in the Hooker Cemetery was the father of Mary R., Emma J., Susan M., George B., Elmer Ellsworth, Martha E., William, and Samuel R. Eads. Tinsley's tombstone gives age as 59 years, 11 months, and 3 days old.

You can find them all in the 15 August 1850 census Pleasent Township, Switzerland County, Indiana.

Note: After looking through the whole 1850 state of Indiana census. This is the only man with a Tinsley the right age to be born in 1831. This is different than where Tinsley list his father as being born. The 1850 census states he was born in Virginia. Tinsley list him as being born in Carolina both can be correct. Because of the states changing from Virginia to North and South Carolina.
