Mary C. Hensly (nee Mary Tyre) vs. Orlando Hensly filed 4 Oct. 1859.
They were married and lived together 20 mo. The defendant took her to
her father's and left her. He drank & wasted estate without
provisions for her. Depositions of Alza-Marie Thomas, Daniel Rufford,
and Joshua Huble in Winchester. Deponant Fieldon Henry moved to
Texas. Deponant George Tyra: "I am the father of Mary C. Hensly. He
brought them to my house one year. ago. He came occasionally to see
them. He went to Irvine and bought his wife a dress but no clothing
for the children." Deponant James Snowden. Would give his wife
$100.00 for divorce. Deponant Robert C. Kennon.

Orr, Hugh was born in Edinburg, Scotland and his father was Hugh, the 1st who had a large estate in Chancery Court, England.However, information from the LDS Ancestral File, submitted by Larry K. & Marsha L. Isaacs, 106 Ivy Arch, Yorktown, VA, gives his father as James GORDON and his mother Euphin MANSON and that Hugh was born in?Innerness (Inverness?), Scotland. Hugh's family is taken from theAncestral File record.
